Aufgaben
  • Verantwortung für den weiteren Ausbau unserer internationalen Markstellung in den osteuropäischen Märkten in enger Zusammenarbeit mit der Vertriebsleitung Export
  • Professionelle Kundenbetreuung, insbesondere Generierung von Neugeschäften und Intensivierung bestehender Kundenbeziehungen und Partnerschaften im definierten Verantwortungsgebiet
  • Strategischer und nachhaltiger Ausbau des Kundennetzwerks
  • Umsatz- und Ergebnisverantwortung ausgewählter Länder
  • Steuerung, Koordination und Überwachung sämtlicher Vertriebsaktivitäten im Verantwortungsbereich
  • Erschließung weiterer internationaler Potentiale durch regelmäßige Besuche unserer Handelspartner
  • Eigenverantwortliche Vorbereitung und Führung von Jahresgesprächen
  • Direkte Berichterstattung an die Vertriebsleitung Export
  • Regelmäßige Organisation und Durchführung von Schulungen (inhouse oder bei den Partnern vor Ort) 
  • Verantwortung des operativen Tagesgeschäfts
  • Beobachtung und Auswertung der Markt- und Wettbewerbsentwicklung

    Main tasks:

  • Responsibility for the further expansion of our international market position in the Eastern European markets in close cooperation with the Export Sales Director.
  • Professional customer support, in particular generating new business and intensifying existing customer relationships and partnerships in the defined area of responsibility
  • Strategic and sustainable expansion of the customer network
  • Sales and profit responsibility for selected countries
  • Management, coordination and monitoring of all sales activities in the area of responsibility
  • Tapping further international potential through regular visits to our trading partners
  • Independent preparation and implementation of annual meetings
  • Direct reporting to the Export Sales Director
  • Regular organisation and implementation of training courses (in-house or at the partners' premises) 
  • Responsibility for day-to-day operations
  • Observation and evaluation of market- and competitive developments

Profil
  • Positive und gewinnende Persönlichkeit mit kaufmännischer Ausbildung und technischem Grundverständnis
  • Erfahrung im internationalen Vertrieb
  • Selbstständige und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise sowie Lösungsorientierung
  • Verhandlungssicheres Englisch in Wort und Schrift, eine osteuropäische Sprache, weitere Sprachen von Vorteil
  • Flexibilität und Reisebereitschaft
  • Fundiertes Wissen im Automotive Bereich inkl. Marktkenntnisse 
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten sowie Überzeugungsstärke

  • Positive and winning personality with commercial training and basic technical understanding
  • Experience in international sales
  • Independent and autonomous way of working and solution-orientation
  • Business fluent in written and spoken English, one Eastern European language, additional languages are an advantage
  • Flexibility and willingness to travel
  • Sound knowledge of the automotive sector including market knowledge 
  • Strong communication and presentation skills as well as persuasiveness
